Let's get closer! Bring a friend, partner, or your spouse. Create more love, ease and a deeper connection as Becky guides you through gentle stretching and restorative postures that require two people to accomplish. Then we will shift to a thai bodywork practice to release tension and find ease in muscles, joints, mind, and soul. Learn techniques that you will be able to enjoy for years to come!

Why private lessons?

  • Just getting started? Need to jumpstart your fitness journey? Private lessons offer a one-on-one environment where you can confidently build your practice in a judgement-free space.

  • Have previous injuries or recovering from illness? With one-on-one instruction, you can safely build strength and focus on certain areas of your body specific to you.

  • Have you hit a plateau in your practice? Want to work on arm balances, and inversions, or go a little deeper? Private lessons give you more one-on-one attention to help you reach your goals.

5 Lesson Package

  • Perfect for beginners or getting back into yoga or fitness after an extended hiatus.

  • Becky will personalize five sessions just for you - designed to give you the tools to practice and move safely and effectively.

  • Get answers to your questions and guidance on how to best move forward.

8-Week Body-Mind-Habit Transformation

  • Ready for a total reset?! Buckle up and let’s dig in for a total lifestyle evaluation focusing on daily habits, nutritional needs, and basic movement capacity using Functional Range Systems and the Optimum Performance Training Model.

  • Together we’ll develop behavior change strategies to establish long-lasting healthful nutrition habits and training routines.

  • You’ll receive a weekly program tailored to your needs including one-on-one sessions with Becky, personalized home workouts with accountability, and delicious recipes for meal planning.

Single Lesson

  • $100/hr in-person. $80/hr live virtual.

  • Brand new to Yoga or Mindful Fitness and want some tips? Already an experienced yoga practitioner, but just can't seem to get into certain postures? Maybe you are having issues with wrists, shoulders, lower back, or hips and you need focused alignment, strength, and mobility work.
